Talk:

Attention is rented. Communities are owned. As reach gets more expensive and trust harder to earn, the brands that win are the ones people gather around: from LEGO fans designing the next set, to Salesforce’s Trailblazers, to Notion’s ambassadors growing a brand without a media budget.

In this hands-on workshop, the captains of the Marketing Breakfast Club, a volunteer community of marketers, share what it really takes to build and keep a community alive. We break down what separates thriving brand communities from the ones that fade, then put it into practice. Working in small groups with a simple Community Canvas, participants design the hook of value for a brand and pitch it to the room.

As with every Marketing Breakfast Club gathering, you’ll meet plenty of conversation designed to help you connect with as many peers as possible.

You will leave with:

  • A clear model of why people join, stay and contribute
  • A one-page canvas to start or reboot a community for your brand
  •  Lessons from real successes and failure
  •  New peers: you arrive as an attendee and leave as part of a community
