Pelin joined AWS in February 2023, partnering with C-level executives to architect cloud solutions that accelerate adoption, orchestrate migrations, and unlock business value. Currently leading data and analytics initiatives across the Benelux region, she drives strategic conversations on data strategy and modernization.

With 18 years in banking, she led enterprise-wide Digital and IT transformations that reshaped financial institutions. Her industry expertise enables organizations to navigate change, foster innovation, and achieve breakthrough outcomes. Passionate about empowering women in technology, Pelin actively works to close the gender gap through leadership and advocacy. She holds a BA in Econometrics and MSc in International Finance. As a public speaker and certified yoga teacher, she brings a holistic approach to leadership and transformation.
