In my current role, I\u2019m leading the Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams across EMEA at Stanley 1913, working predominantly across the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. My work covers social and influencer strategies, creator partnerships, ambassador programmes, omnichannel collaborations, and experiential campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stanley 1913\u2019s recent growth has shown the impact that strong communities, cultural relevance and creator partnerships can have on a brand. A key part of my role is helping translate that momentum from the US into Europe in a way that feels locally relevant, rather than simply replicating the same approach market by market. We\u2019ve now build up an incredible pool of influencers, creators, and ambassadors who we genuinely love working with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am passionate about building strategies that go beyond one-off posts or short-term spikes in reach. For me, successful influencer marketing requires strong relationships, clear creative direction, local market understanding and a balance between authenticity, brand governance and measurable business impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
