Pooja is known for making bold, data-driven decisions in complex markets, always focused on scalability and commercial impact. She has built and led high-performing multicultural teams through recruitment and upskilling, and has successfully navigated stakeholder collaboration across global, regional, and multifunctional teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A marketer at heart, Pooja views digital commerce as an extension of the consumer journey.
