Kirsten is co-founder and Director of a community-building agency in The Netherlands, Bind (www.bind.nl).  With a strong track record as a social business strategist since 2008, Kirsten has advised numerous organizations on the development of on- and offline communities for employees, customers, stakeholders or association members.  Kirsten’s expertise lies with various types of communities like customer service, marketing/content, B2B, communities of practice and internal communities. She has extensive experience with large corporates and societies like SNSBank, Huawei, Mercedez-Benz, Consumentenbond, FloraHolland and public sectors/semi-governmental institutions like the Chamber of Commerce, UWV, RVO (AgentschapNL), Ministery of Internal Affairs and various municipalities.
Kirsten is a co-author of the book ‘Organiseren van Communities’, teaches community management courses monthly, does business coaching of teams and speaks regularly at events on the subject of community building and management.
