He defines their social media strategy, counsels local brand teams and identifies innovative solutions to target consumers, and offer competitive and marketing advantages. He specialises in social media, digital innovation, and digital marketing. Joerg is passionate about developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance the brand impact and create a frictionless customer experience. He joined BSH Home Appliances in 2005, focusing on the management and development of marketing strategies and campaigns worldwide for more than a decade. As a Social Media Officer for the luxury brand Gaggenau, he oversaw the social media strategy and online reputation management in Germany for more than nine years.
