He’s currently CEO of Ritmoo, a team engagement platform that encourages employees to be the drivers of change, by building a productive team culture. Before founding Ritmoo, Hugo was the former Chief Growth Officer at EVBox, where he scaled the business from six to nine digit revenue figures and built a successful brand and growth story in the mobility industry. Hugo has worked and lived in several countries in Europe and Asia, and has gained hands-on experience in business growth, leadership development & marketing strategy across different industries and sectors.
