I am Dominik Olejko, an expert in retail with 15 years of experience in Omnichannel Sales, Customer Experience, and Loyalty Marketing. Passionate about driving business results through people development, never the other way around.

I gained my experience at Decathlon and IKEA (Sales, Product Development, CX, Omnichannel). Currently, at H&M, I work in the marketing department as the Regional Head of Research and Analysis for Eastern Europe (covering approximately 21 markets and 500 stores). For several years, I also worked as a mystery shopper. My expertise lies in the Sports, Interior Furnishings, and now Fashion industries.

I have a keen interest in innovations in commerce and everyday life. I am particularly fascinated by the intersection of traditional and new marketing realities in the era of AR/VR, AI, and Web3, and their applications in response to evolving consumer needs.
