In her current role at AkzoNobel Carolina works on delivering fully-connected omnichannel UX experiences to customers worldwide. She has over 10 years’ experience over a variety of digital roles, from media planning to product ownership, digital innovation and e-commerce; having worked both for agencies and companies such as Unilever, Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) and Bose. Key areas of expertise include customer-centric design, data-driven decision making and an experimentation mindset. With an ever-curious mind, Carolina pushes herself and others to challenge the status quo and bring new ways to delight customers at every touchpoint.
