Carl has over 25 years of experience building teams and succeeding in competitive markets. He previously held leadership roles at Oracle, Digital River, Demandware (now Salesforce), and Rubikloud Technologies (now Kinaxis). At Evolv AI, Carl is focused on changing how companies are leveraging experimentation and personalisation to deliver a better customer experience (CX).
