Ben is a Senior Research Consultant on the Brandwatch Research Services team. He has 10+ years’ experience in research, digital marketing, and social intelligence. He has worked for the likes of Groupon, British Telecom, Microsoft, and most recently, digital creative agency We Are Social as a Research and Insight Director, working with a wide range of strategic clients, including Disney, adidas, Netflix, and LEGO.
