Anastasia Leng is the founder & CEO of Picasso Labs, an automated visual intelligence platform that aims to enhance creativity through objectivity. By combining machine learning with visual recognition technology, Picasso Labs measures how consumers’ real-time response to imagery and video changes based on the unique visual properties of each creative. Their technology is used globally by Fortune 500 brands like Unilever, Mondelez, Heineken, ABI, Twitter and more to measure creative efficiency, consistency, and impact.

Picasso was selected as one of Unilever’s most innovative marketing companies and one of their most innovative startups of the last 5 years. The company helps brands like Unilever, AB inBev, Google, Mondelez, and Tesco understand the visual preferences of their audience, reduce creative guesswork, and improve marketing performance.

Prior to Picasso, Anastasia co-founded Hatch, one of Time Magazine’s Top 10 Startups to Watch in New York and one of four most innovative retail companies (National Retail Federation). Prior to Hatch, she spent 5+ years at Google, where she worked on nearly every ad tech and analytics product, led entrepreneurship efforts in EMEA and was responsible for early-stage partnerships for Google Voice, Chrome, and Wallet.

Anastasia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and French. She’s been a nomad all her life and has lived in Bahrain, Vietnam, Hungary, Russia, France, England, and the US. She remains a mediocre tennis player and an aspiring writer.
